Hi Connor,
Peter Greaves is the both the legally Responsible Person (LRP) and the Site Contact for permit # NCC204276. A
modification request needs to be submitted to update the LRP using the following link

I can do the site contact update and have Kevin Braziel the new site contact once you provide his phone number and
mailing address.
To resolve the Notice of Deficiency, please use the e-payment link to submit the payment online
https://deg.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-and-land-resources/stormwater/stormwater-program/stormwater-
epayments Make sure to put NCC204276 for the permit number, so you can proceed with the payment (invoice
provided for your convenience).

Once e-payment is processed, a renewal email will be sent to both the LRP and the Site Contact.
The modification request was approved on 7/8/2021 (see second attachment).

Thanks for taking my call for Merck Project Flash. Could you please forward me the link so that Kevin Braziel with Merck
can make the necessary payment? Peter Greaves who is on the COC currently doesn't work for Merck anymore so no
one was getting these emails. Could we put Kevin Braziel on these instead of Peter? We also need to make sure the

disturbed area is up to date. The project is disturbing 26.5 acres and attached is the Erosion Control Approved Permit
from Durham County. Please let us know whatever we need to do to get this back on track.
