She agrees this in some fashion until the site restoration is complete. I mechanism to do this with, but we can talk whenever you get the most of this week, thankfully. May be out Tues. pm. that we should hold don't know the chance. We are in the middle of a court case concerning Mr. Johnson and his cronies. I don't have the application for this project, so I haven't had the chance to look it over. His consultant has submitted a "restoration" plan for the violation site, but I haven't seen anything taking place over there. Will look in on it this week and base any comments on what he's done to this point. He has sold this lot (again) to some new customers who didn't listen to me when I warned them about the issues on the lot. They (actually, J. Johnson) built a house on the lot anticipating approval of a driveway. I'm not too sympathetic to their problems at this point. I'm inclined to force Mr. Johnson to fully complete the restoration before even considering an approval of the driveway. I'll stay in touch on this one. thanks K 1 of 1 7/23/2007 4:49 PM
