On July 2, 2007, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your After-the-Fact application dated
June 28, 2007, to impact 0.015 acres of 404/wetland, to construct the proposed residential housing. The
DWQ has been requested by personnel with the State of North Carolina Office of the Attorney General to
place this application on hold.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters
or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not
