Environmental Consultants DDecember 2 "d 2013 D 4 20113 TO: Ms. Liz Hair U.S. Army Corps of Engineers tDwAoer 69 Darlington Avenue "`h Wilmington, NC 28403 RE: NWP 12 Application; Fifty Lakes Drive Waterline; Wilmington, NC Boiling Spring Lakes, NC Dear Liz: ^ PY Enclosed is a NWP 12 application for your review. This application is submitted on behalf of Mr. William Pinnix with the County of Brunswick Engineering Services for the construction of a waterline along Fifty Lakes Drive in Boiling Spring Lakes, NC. This waterline will provide potable water to 48 lots. The County has attempted to minimize wetland impacts as much as possible in the site design. However, 0.062 acre of temporary wetland impact is needed to install the line. The wetland impact areas will be returned to preconstruction grade and seeded once the installation is complete. The project will take place within a maintained NC DOT right - of -way and no trees will be removed. Therefore, no impacts to red - cockaded woodpeckers will occur. The Pre - Construction Notification form, associated maps, and site plan are enclosed for your review. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for your assistance with this project.
