acre portion of a larger 92 -acre parcel identified as Martin County Parcel Identification Number 0701381. The site is located
on the south side of Flat Swamp Road, southwest of the Town of Robersonville, NC. The northern portion of the site is used
for agricultural purposes. A sewer easement and electrical easement are located on the southwest portion of the site. An
additional electrical easement is located on the northern portion of the site. The remaining portion of the site is wooded.
