I. Public Notice; Water Quality Certification for Hwy 87 The Glen; 20211708 Ver 1; Cumberland County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on November 22, 2021 McKee Homes (4608 Six Forks Rd , Raleigh, NC 27609)
applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 Individual Water Quality Certification, pursuant
to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The activity for which this
certification is sought regards Residential Subdivision. The DWR's proposed date of final action on the
application is December 25, 2021.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on
December 25, 2021. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form
here: <https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/401 Public Notice Comments>. Written comments may also be
mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
The application is available online. Information for accessing the application/ project information online may

The application is also available at the Fayetteville Regional Office of the DWR and may be inspected with an
