Please note that in November, 2020, MV Development, Inc. purchased Asheboro Ready
Mix, Inc. at 524 W. Bailey St., Asheboro, NC 27203. Asheboro Ready Mix, Inc. held the
above referenced Storm Water permit.
MV Development, Inc. was incorporated in NC in 2020 strictly for the purchase of
Asheboro Ready Mix. We continued with the trade name of Asheboro Ready Mix until
this month. We will now be under the trade name of Piedmont Ready Mix.
We have continued to operate in the same manner and production levels (weather
permitting) as the former company. We regret the delay in providing this information, as
it recently came to light it had been overlooked.
