Inspection Summary:
This facility was inspected for compliance on October 22, 2021, by Tim Latham and Levi Hiatt.
At the time of inspection, no major issues were found.
The riser structure and outlet pipe for Riser Basin 3 (SDO1) was in need of repair, but a plan was already in place to do such
repairs.
The discharge point for Sediment Trap #8 could not be located. This point should be located before any industrial activity is
conducted in the area draining to Sediment Trap #8.
Please use the standard forms from DEQ to document Qualitative Monitoring. Please ensure that the form is filled out in its
entirety and that the date of the inspection is clearly listed. It should also be noted that the frequency of Qualitative
Monitoring has now changed so that it should be conducted every time Analytical Monitoring is conducted.
Please continue to maintain the outfalls and retain monitoring records related to this permit on site for at least 5-years from
the current date. Also, please create and implement a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, a Spill Prevention and
Response Plan, as well as an Employee Training program as soon as possible, but before July 1, 2022. Contact this office if
there are any questions.
