I am not sure if you are the correct person to contact if an exceedance is documented during a regular, quarterly stormwater sampling event. An exceedance of the Non -Polar Oil and Grease (TPH) benchmark was detected in a sample collected on September 9, from outfall SDO-1. The lab reported a TPH concentration of 16.6 milligrams per liter (mg/1), which exceeds the benchmark value of 15 mg/l. A copy of the laboratory report is attached. Tier I responses outlined in the general permit are being implemented. S&ME is working with Guilford County Schools to update the pollution prevention plan for the facility. We are in the process of scheduling employee training. Please let me know if I need to direct this information to someone else at the regional office. Thank you Wayne H. Watterson, P.E.
