Inspection Summary:
A follow-up compliance inspection was conducted on October 22, 2021, by Tim Latham and Levi Hiatt.
At the time of inspection, all issues concerning the outfalls listed in the previous inspection had been addressed, with the
exception of adding the discharge point associated with Sediment Basin 5R as an outfall, and then receiving Representative
Outfall Status for said outfall. The permittee had reached out to Suzanne McCoy concerning this issue but had not received
any information from the Central Office at that time.
The SWPPP and SPRP for the site were still under review.
The facility and grounds were well kept.
Please continue to maintain the outfalls and basins, and retain monitoring records related to this permit on site for at least
5-years from the current date.
