Inspection Summary:
This site was inspected for compliance on October 13, 2021. At the time of inspection, the facility was found to be existing
prior to submittal of the permit application. Both outfalls were observed during the inspection.
A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) will be submitted to this office in accordance with the time limits of the
permit application. The inspection revealed no compliance issues, and the facility will be recommended for approval of permit
coverage.
