Inspection Summary:
This site was inspected on September 29, 2021, as a follow-up to NOD-2021-PC-0128.
At the time of inspection, the lots to the east and the west of the main building had been cleaned and graveled. All industrial
activity related to General Permit No. NCG100000 had ceased. As of the date of this report, Notice of Deficiency
NOD-2021-OC-0128 has been closed out. It is recommended that this permit be rescinded upon receipt of the Rescission
Request Form.
