As a response to the noted deficiency, we are submitting the following as plans of action. We process any violations, deficiencies or non -conformances that occur at our facility through an internal corrective action procedure called Improvement Opportunities Tracking (Document designation is F 08 v.2 in the company's management system). This process requires the company to determine a root cause for the item(s) needing correction and also to establish a resolution (including an action plan) for it. We intend to have the four items closed out by October 17, 2021. Some of the items we will be able to take care of more quickly than others. One item in particular, the deficiency related to material pushing out the walls of the facility, is going to be the most time consuming. We have been clearing space within the warehouse in preparation for this mitigation. After room is cleared and materials arrive, the plan is to lay angle iron down three feet off the wall to give a sufficient gap between material and the walls. Once that is complete, we will conduct all necessary repairs without risk of repeat damage occurring. The outside parking area, weigh station, and loading dock were observed to be littered with electronic debris. They have since been cleaned and we have started a routine (every Monday) inspection and cleaning schedule to ensure the accumulation of debris does not happen outside of the facility. A mulch stockpile was observed outside in the parking lot. The pile is being loaded into containers and taken to the appropriate disposal site. Disposal is being handled by Foothills Waste Solutions. The used pallets observed near the loading dock area have been brought back inside. Currently, there are no pallets outside. I will be one of two people taking the lead on corrective actions, the other person will be our Operations Manager, Jacob Lester. Together we have mitigated some issues and are in the process of mitigating the rest.
