I conducted an industrial inspection last week at FCR Greensboro LLC (NCG130045) located at 706 Patton Avenue,
Greensboro. Attached is the inspection letter as well as some pictures of the facility taken at the time of inspection. We
have given them 30 days to complete the items requested. We are hoping that they comply within that time frame,
however if that is not the case we will be reaching back out to you for support on this matter.
