Site Inspection
Preventative Maintenance/Good Housekeeping
• Properly dispose of mud, sediment, debris and waste that is located throughout
the entire facility's impervious surface areas and that are exposed to
precipitation.
• Establish a procedure to periodically remove any waste from impervious areas
and that are exposed to precipitation in order to prevent any wastewater runoff
from entering the stormwater conveyance system.
• Properly dispose of the containment booms that are located at the two main
stormwater outlets at the west and east side of the property. Replace saturated
containment booms with new ones.
• Establish a procedure where new containment booms are placed at the outlets,
and are monitored and replaced whenever these seem saturated. It is
recommended that you document the disposal of these booms.
Non-Stormwater Discharges
Wastewater (stormwater runoff mixed with mud, sediment, debris and waste)
is exiting the property. Establish a procedure to remove the mud, sediment,
debris and garbage periodically (as mentioned above) so that the there is no
wastewater exiting the property.
It is recommended that FCR Greensboro LLC take appropriate actions to correct the noted
deficiencies. We appreciate your cooperation and proactive approach to this matter. If you have
any questions concerning this inspection, please contact me at 336-412-6202 or eleazer.reyna-
