On September 2, 2021, this site was inspected following a recission request by the permitte to determine if the site can be
relived from the requirments of coverage under stormwater permit NCG140150. The inspection revealed that there is no
longer industrial activity on -site specific to Temp Concrete Batch Plant - Winston Salem taht would necessitate stormwater
coverage.
