Yes. I have a letter from Matthew Gantt dated March 24, 2014, documenting a Compliance Evaluation Inspection and
Tiered Response Requirements that was conducted by Aana Taylor- Smith and that all Tiered responses were followed
correctly and that WCP is relieved from additional monitoring for copper and zinc.

I am the Stormwater Coordinator for the Winston-Salem Regional Office, and noticed there was an exceedance of Zinc
at Outfall 3 on more than one occasion, with some of those occasions being consecutive.
I also noticed that there was an exceedance of Copper at all of the Outfalls on more than once occasion, with some of
those occasions being consecutive as well.
Has a Tier Response been initiate for Copper and Zinc for the respective outfalls?
