I will cheek out Pole Cat today if it is that wide at the water level contractor would want to do bore and jack at this
location.
The contractor is at Climax Creek with no flow and Alamance Creek with little flow and would like to open cut. If we
could get approval on these two and can work on details for Pole Cat it would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Matthew,
The plan sheets indicate that the width of Polecat Creek is 20 feet on the modification request and 32 feet in the original
application. Either is large enough that the coffer dam/dewatering detail provided in the previous version of the
application may not be appropriate. For large channels, especially where there is known rock, DWR typically requires
that only 1/2 of the channel be dewatered at a time. Can you provide some further details about the intended dewatering
methodology at this location please.
Thank you.

Sue,
Just wanted to check to see where we are with the permit modification. The contractor should be at Climax Creek soon
and would like to continue instead of going around and coming back.
