Dear Ms. Higgins:
As requested, please find the enclosed information as it was outline in your letter dated November 14,
2013.
1. Application updated to include James E and Debra S Schneider as property owners.
2. Access to the shoreline will be from Honeydew Circle Road. There will be 3 access points
with in the 50 foot "full pond "contour line for the purpose of riprap installation along the
shoreline. Underbrush and small trees may be removed in these areas. These areas will be
restored to their natural vegetation within six months. See Attached.
3. Modified original application to conform to the regulatory guidelines.
4. Modified original application to exclude excavation. The intent is to follow the shoreline
backfill where necessary and install riprap.

The following is an abbreviated application form for those applying for a 401 Water Quality
Certification to impact FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) regulated lake shore or
bottom under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Permit GP30. This Application cannot be used
for wetland or stream impacts. Please provide five (5) copies of this application and
supporting information as well as a non - refundable application fee to the Division of Water
Quality of $240.00 for impacts to lake bottom of less than 1 acre and $570.00 for impacts to
lake bottom of greater or equal to 1 acre.
