No effluent limit and/or monitoring violations were reported. Effluent chronic toxicity failures were reported in April and May 2021; however, the permit only requires monitor only for this parameter. The September 2021 eDMR will be revised to include a statement (Comments Section) that no introduction of off -site wastewater occurred during the quarter. Note: This statement must be included on all future eDMRs that quarterly sampling has occurred and no off -site wastewaters were introduced per Permit [Part 1, Section A(1) footnote #5].
