RE: Project 92559354 P 9/3/21 CBOD
Dear Mr. Edwards;
On Tuesday, September 7, 2021, a log -in error was caught which affected your project 92559354 P 9/3.
Unfortunately, both the PI (Plant Influent) and PE (Plant Effluent) samples were incorrectly logged in for
BOD analysis rather than CBOD. The 48 hour hold time had expired by the time this log -in error was
realized. We added the CBOD test to the project, and had the lab set up the testing outside of the hold
time.
We apologize for this error, and have retrained our log -in staff in the proper permitted testing that is
required and the proper use of the prefilled line items in our system.
