Hi Charles,
I spoke with David Cooks who is overseeing the property at 574 Tryphosa Road (he says it's 578, but the GIS says 574).
Mr. Cooks said Ronald is very elderly, sick, and permanently lives in Florida now, so David is helping Ronald out by trying
to get everything situated with this property. I discussed with him what needed to be done, and David is wondering how
much Ronald owes. I see that Ronald's first overdue invoice is from 2015, so wanted to verify that he would owe
$420.00.

I never received a response from Ronald and am planning on doing an inspection for this site on June 24th while
conducting other SFR inspections, but was wondering if we should send this letter to the PO Box listed on the Macon
County GIS site as well in the meantime, just to see if they reach out and maybe provide another contact. Thanks again,

Here's a letter I'm mailing today to Mountain Magic. They have been dodging this since at least 2016. Mikal reached
out to them multiple times in 2017 with no luck.
If we don't get a response from them by April 7, proceed to send an NOV and then a CPA [if necessary] for discharging
without a permit. A site inspection would be a good idea also.
Feel free to use the letter as a shell to deal with similarly elusive homeowners with expired NCG55 CoCs.

I don't have a phone number for them. I did try to call a woman that I came across when googling Mountain Magic 1, but
