OK, question What if the Corps writes the 404 Verification to Blonnie Herndon, do you think that there would
be a problem with that discrepancy?
To be quite honest, I am not sure why the Corps wrote the JD to Stan Pac I think it was an oversight because
typically they have to write to land owner

Sorry for the confusion Blonnie Herndon is the current landowner Gray Methven of Stan Pac will be
purchasing and developing the property So I have Blonnie as the property owner and Stan Pac as the
applicant Maybe issue to both If you can, that may be best?

It was always my understanding that the approvals had to be issued to the property owner If I am incorrect,
please let me know This project would have gotten submitted a lot sooner if we didn't have to track down
the owner for signature of the Agent Authorization LOL

Need a little clarification, please The owner shows as Blonnie Herndon & there is an S &EC Agent Authorization Form
stating that, however, on page 2 of 13 it shows Gray Methven of Standard Pacific Homes & it shows his name &
company on the USACE Notification of Jurisdictional Determination
I guess my question is who will be receiving the 401 Approval, Herndon or Methven? I would then designate that person
as the owner Or I can make them co- owners too
