In response to the violations noted in the NOV dated November 4, 2021, we offer the
following comments:
• Violation for limit exceedance (flow)
o During the month of June, there were heavier than normal rainfall totals. The
excessive amounts of rain in addition to I & I issues caused heavy flows into
the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The Town has been working to correct points of I & I to hopefully slow the
amount of excessive water coming into the Wastewater Treatment plant during
heavy rainfalls.
