Robb Mairs performed a stream determination during an on site meeting with Paul in April of 2021. He called the streams almost all the way up to the northern portion of the site (see attached). When I filled out the PCN, the plan was to submit this as a NWP 29 under the new conditions, which allowed impacts up to 0.05 acre of stream. Then the NWP 29 was suspended and I changed this one to a NWP 14, completely forgetting about the 300 LF cap. Sorry about that. Have you guys received any information about the status of NWPs? If not, I'll get back to my client to see how he wants to proceed. I'll also work on a response to the RCW Slopes comment. Thanks! Are these impacts all in "Streams" or are some of them in Jurisdictional ditches? I've attached the wetland delineation that shows some of the open water tributaries are ditches that flow into streams. I've also attached the proposed site map. RCW Slopes: This project is located within potential RCW habitat and foraging area, so the RCW slopes test will have to be done on this site. Since the crossings and impacts are scattered throughout the site, the entire project site should be reviewed for RCW habitat. (see enclosed RCW Slopes document) There are also (2) listed Natural Heritage Sites either on this site or just off the property. (Cannon Tract Reg Viewer map) Respectfully, Gary
