Also, just to clarify, the Promise Land site (formerly Lowgrounds) will now be the Clearwater Promise Land
Mitigation Bank. We can send out on Public Notice when you have the Final Prospectus updated and submitted.

Yes, I think that makes sense. Just call that the Clearwater Neuse 01 UMBI and the site will be the Lowlands

Thank you for the recap. Yes, that is exactly as discussed.
Only question, the Lowlands Site was advertised on Public Notice as the "Clearwater Neuse 01 Lowlands UMBI", if
we're going to have one Clearwater Neuse 01 UMBI, should we go ahead and remove "Lowlands" from the UMBI
name? It's up to ya'll, if you'd like to discuss internally, doesn't matter to me.
We'll get the revised Promise Land Prospectus turned around and back to you for review.

Per our conversation yesterday, I just wanted to clarify how you would like to move forward with the Lowlands
Bank and Promise Land Bank. In order to avoid having two UMBIs in the same watershed that would have the
same credit types, etc. we can process one site as a standard bank, and the other as an UMBL Based on where the
two sites are in the review process, it makes the most sense for the Lowlands site (former PRM) to be the UMBI
because it has already gone out on public notice this way. The Promise Land site would then be a stand -along bank.
Depending on the how the processing of the two banks proceeds, it may be possible to revise the Promise Land site
at a later date (after this upcoming public notice) and include it in the Neuse 01 UMBI (with the Lowlands site). If
this were done, we would have to readvertise it on a new public notice. Otherwise, it could stand alone as a bank.
Given this approach, I will get you comments on the Lowlands PN this week. As we discussed, the draft Mit
Plan for this will be a bit different because it is an existing, constructed PRM site that will be converted to bank. We
can work through that later. For the Promise Lands Bank, I will need an updated Prospectus that indicates the bank
is a single -site bank as opposed to an UMBI, then we can start the review for that site.
Let me know if this matches your understanding or if you have any questions in the meantime. I've copied
