Dear Mr. Anen:
We have received your request for additional information for the above referenced project dated
September 30, 2021. Please find the updated materials enclosed and response to the requests
below. The request comments are listed below and have been addressed as follows:
1. Please submit a copy of lease agreements, affidavits, or other documents showing that the
applicant has obtained legal rights to submit a stormwater permit application within the
proposed project area. [ISA NCAC 02H.1043(3)(c)
A signed and notarized Property Owner's Authorization Letter has been enclosed.
2. Please submit an application form with a signed and notarized Property Owner's
Authorization.
A signed application form will be forwarded upon completion. A signed and notarized
Property Owner's Authorization letter has been enclosed.
3. The site plan sheet shows the typical road cross section with roadside ditches. In some
spots, the ditch slopes are 2:1. The low density rules require a maximum slope of 3:1.
[ISA NCAC 02H.1003(2)(c)(i)j. Please note that during the ATC review process, the
plans are not reviewed for technical compliance with the rules. The complete review will
be done after construction when the final permit application is received.
The proposed ditch slopes have been revised to a maximum 3:1 slope. Please refer to the
enclosed plan set.
4. Provide pdfs of all revisions, 2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets, and I hardcopy of other
documents. Pdfs must be uploaded using the form at: https:11edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms1SW-

The pdf documents have been uploaded at the link below and 2 hardcopies of the revised
plan set and other documents have been shipped.
