(MODIFICATION OF SW5200701)
The proposed development site is located at the intersection of NC Hwy 581 and US
Hwy 64 in Spring Hope, NC (PIN# 276911568362). The development is in the Tar -Pam
river basin. The development will create three outparcels located on a larger 74.11 Acre
parcel which is currently undeveloped. The development of this site will happen
concurrently with the construction of the roads between outparcels 1, 2 and 3.
The proposed Bojangles' development will consist of the construction of a 3,105 Square
Foot quick serve restaurant building, 69 associated parking spaces, and the associated
infrastructure the site requires. The total impervious area for the Bojangles' site is 1.31
Acres. Outparcels #1 and 3 will not be developed at the same time as the Bojangles'
however, the impervious area for these lots is included in the attached stormwater
application. As shown on the overall site information plan sheet (CE-01), the impervious
area draining to the Bojangles pond is 0.05 Ac. for lot #1 and 1.50 Ac. for lot #3. The
roads will have 0.61 acres impervious. The total proposed impervious area for the
development is 3.47 Ac.
Lot #1 will treat storm water runoff onsite with the exception of 0.05 Acres which will
drain to the Bojangles SCM. During the permitting of Lot #1, Street B was widened at the
Lot #1 entrance and 0.05 acres of impervious area was added to the street. The
application, calculations and plan sheets have been updated to reflect these changes. The
previously permitted wet pond had enough extra storage to accommodate the additional
impervious area. Meaning no changes were made to the previously submitted pond.
