Raleigh, NC 27699-1617 NOV 1 9 2021
Dear Mr. Denard: NCDEQ/DWR/NPDtS
Colonial Pipeline Company (CPC) received your request for additional information on the recently submitted
National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit renewal dated August 10, 2021. We
responded on October 8, 2021 with a new permit application package which included EPA NPDES Permitting
Forms 1 and 2E. For the October 8, 2021 package, we had not received the BOD5 and Ammonia (as N)
results for Outfalls 003 and 005. This revised submittal includes these results.
Can you please inform me of the permit renewal application review process and the estimated timeline?
Please contact me at 704-458-3993 or John Wyatt, Southeast District Associated Environmental Manager,
at 423-713-9270 should you have any questions concerning this permit renewal application.
Sincerely, /
fit '
