In response to your letter dated July 10, 2007, please find enclosed two (2) additional
copies of the executed Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) Application and submittal for the
Wildcat Cliffs Country Club golf course renovations. The information included with this
Application has been developed in conjunction the US Army Corps of Engineers, Asheville
Office, DWQ's Asheville Regional Office, and the NC Wildlife Resources Commission.
Please be aware that we have previously sent a copy of this application to the North
Carolina Department of Water Quality -Asheville Regional Office and the North Carolina
Wildlife Resources Commission -Waynesville District Office for their approval.
