why it is necessary):
Dredge 45' x 40' area around existing dock. Dredge an 95' x 30' "v"
channel from edge of dock area dredge to neighbor's dock area dredge,
also having dredging done. There will be two group channels that will be
done in the cove. Group channel 1 is 400' x 30' and will be split between 4
neighbor's in the cove. Group Channel 2 is 200' x 30' and will be split
between 4 neighbors in the cove. Each neighbor's part will be 100' x 30' on
group channel 1 and 50' x 30' in group channel 2.

Grass buffer, no trees removed, no disturbance to buffer. Dredging will be
done by barge and material will be hauled off through neighbor's property
with permission. Dredge material to be hauled to nearby property and left
onsite with permission from owner of property.

Once the application has been accepted. You will need to send a corresponding fee in with the appropriate DWR#. The
application fee is as follows (pursuant to G.S. 143-215.3D):
o $240.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of less than 1 acre
o $570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
