In response to NOV-2021-LV-0609, effluent BOD was above limits due to excess sludge in the
plant from failed Backwash pump and ongoing issues with EQ pump failures. Contacted Andrew and
Gary with F.R. Mahony to go through the plant to update programming, check for electrical issues and
assess a corrective action to the findings. Adjustments in programming was made, temporary electrical
changes were made. Acquired new contactors, overload relays and installed but electrical issues
continues while looking for someone who can locate the problem and fix.
