I am currently reviewing your buffer authorization application, and the following items are required in order to
complete the review process:
• The riparian buffer impact map must show the two zones of the riparian buffer as measured from the top
of the streambank. Zone 1 is measured 30 feet from the top of the stream bank, and Zone 2 is
measured from 30 feet to 50 feet. These riparian buffers parallel the stream pattern.
• The impact map must depict the footprint of the proposed permanent impacts within Zone 2.
• The square footage of the impacts in Zone 2 must be identified in the application. Based on the
indication that the deck will be 20 X 14 it will be 280 square feet?
