Hi Ray. Not knowing what the impacts will be I can’t say for certain. If below the appropriate thresholds, it could fit a
NWP 14 (https://saw-reg.usace.army.mil/NWP2017/2017NWP14.pdf) or an RGP 50 (https://saw-
reg.usace.army.mil/RGP/RGP50.pdf).

Hello Dave
We are starting in on the permitting for this project and, per the PCN, I wanted to verify that this will be under a
Nationwide Permit 14. The project is to improve future I-73/U.S. 220 at the U.S. 311 and N.C. 135 interchange and
replace bridge No. 780074 in Rockingham County (STIP No. I-5898). The bridge is over US 220.
