Unfortunately at this time we are still working on a server issue that is not allowing all changes to be
saved on the ePCN. Because the problem does not seem to be affect everyone it is much harder to
pinpoint the issue and taking longer than we would like to resolve.
Our best work around for this is outlined below.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or concerns.
We are aware that the electronic PCN is currently experiencing difficulties with the save draft
feature. If you are in need of submitting an ePCN at this time and cannot get your document to save
the full ePCN we suggest filling out the a PCN application using the following link
https://www.saw.usace.army.mil/Portals/59/docs/regulatory/regdocs/Permits/PCN1-4-
2009i nteractive-reader-ena bled 2013-06.pdf and then upload it with all your documentation at
https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/Supplemental-Information-Form using the attached documents for
guidelines on how to fill out the Supplemental Information Form to submit a PCN with no existing
DWR project ID or to submit a PCN with a current existing DWR project ID as applicable to your
project application.

Good afternoon,
I am working on an ePCN and am not able to save the draft I am working on. I hit save but nothing
happens. I know this is a problem that my co-worker has experienced and ended up submitting the
application as a result. I'm wondering if you have any advice for this situation. I would hate to lose
any changes that I have made since I was last able to save the draft on October Sth.
Please let me know if you have any recommendations or if there's any other information I can
provide to help figure this out.
