Good morning Kristi, As you are aware, the ePCN is not correctly working at this time. I was filling out the permit application (saving as I went) and the system submitted the incomplete form instead of saving the draft. I immediately notified Bev Strickland (NCDENR) and Dave Bailey (USACE) and have been coordinating with them to withdraw the incomplete application. Bev confirmed in the attached email (dated 10/25) that there is a server issue that is not allowing all changes to be saved on the ePCN, and other consultants are experiencing this issue as well. Bev forwarded instructions that have been prepared by DENR as a work around to the problem. We are currently following these guidelines to submit a complete application. Thank for understanding that the application was submitted in error due to the system malfunctioning.
