Thank you for this information. We have submitted our permit transfer requests by mail. The previous owner also
submitted his request to transfer the permit to our company by mail, also. We have not completed the online change of
ownership request in the eDMR registration process so we will wait as advised until the transfer is complete.

Ms. Hatmaker,
If you have submitted a change of ownership request for NCG020808, that's the most important step right now. The
new owner will need to submit forms for eDMR registration, but right now the position responsible for completing that
process is vacant, and our registrations are on pause. If the old owner already registered for eDMR, they will need to be
deactivated for this permit.
I would advise waiting until the ownership transfer is completed for NCG020808 (which will also take some time because
of the vacancy), and then following the steps for eDMR registration. If you have any questions in the meantime or need
to check in on the status, please let me know.

I am writing with a question about the Stormwater eDMR registration process. Our company, Blue Water Industries,
recently acquired Yancey Stone, Inc. Quarry (Permit No. NCG020808) on Friday, November 12, 2021. We have
submitted the change of ownership and permit transfer requests to the corresponding agencies as required. Regarding
the eDMR system, is it ok at this time to complete the change of ownership and contact information forms to update the
new ownership details or do we need to wait until the permit transfer approval has been completed? With the eDMR
registration for NCG02 permitted facilities deadline being January 1, 2022, 1 wanted to make sure we were not late on
that deadline since it is just a little over a month away.
