Good afternoon. Below are comments for the PCN submitted for this project on November 5.

1) In the Permit Drawings, the maps provided on page 5 and 8 do not have consistent labeling of the impact sites.

2) In the PCN, page 4, Section 3- three proposed Stream impacts are listed, S1, S2 and S3.
When compared to the Permit Drawings, the Stream Impact Table on page 13 lists S1, S1 and S2.
Please update the proposed impact table with consistent labeling as the proposed impacts listed in the PCN.

If possible, a cover letter with a short description of the multiple activities planned at proposed impact sites would assist
in clarifying the location.
