The Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by Danny Strickland, Environmental Sr. Technician, of the Fayetteville Regional Office. The facility was found to be in Compliance with permit NC0005363. COMMENTS • DMR's for the months of January and September 2011 were reviewed and were in order at the time of inspection. As a reminder, preservation of the Waters of the State can only be achieved through consistent NPDES Permit compliance.
