The Garners plan to construct a single - family home within the site. Although they have attempted to minimize wetland disturbance through careful site design, the proposed project will impact 0.075 acre of 404 wetlands. No mitigation is proposed in this application because impacts are so small. The Pre - Construction Notification form, associated maps, and site plan are enclosed for your review. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for your assistance with this project. Sinc ely, - Kim Williams Environmental Scientist Encl.
