EcoScience plan for Restoration Systems; EEP Full Delivery Project (DWQ# 20071055) Periann and I both looked at this PCN/restoration plan. They are proposing to restore approx. 2,820 LF of stream (UT to Cutawhiskie Creek), and preservation for 2,790 LF of Cutawhiskie Creek. They are also proposing 13.1 AC wetland restoration, and 1.2 AC wetland enhancement. The project generally looks pretty good. The only question we had relates to the construction of braids where the UT enters the floodplain of Cutawhiskie Creek. The success of a constructed braided channel is suspect. No other real concerns. This may not warrant a letter (EEP project).
