Please correct the following: - Supplement-EZ Form: o Drainage Areas Page, DA 2 Column, Line 20—The calculated design volume should only be for the portion of the project area that is draining to the off -site SCM, not the entire design volume of the off - site SCM (it should be a fairly small number, approximately 200 cf). This is the treatment volume that this project (SW5210603) sends to the off -site (SW5200701) SCM. The drainage area for DA 2 Column 20 has been changed to the correct, calculated volume of 209 cf. Please see "Treatment Volume requirement for offsite SCM" for verification of this amount. o Off -site SCM Page, Line 5 —This item is the amount of BUA that the master permit (SW5200701) allocates to this (SW5210603) permit (approximately 0.05 ac), not the total amount of BUA that the off - site SCM can treat. The off -site SCM page, Line 5 value has been changed to the correct amount of 2350 sf. - It does not appear as though the project narrative or the USGS topographic map depicting the site location were electronically uploaded. The project narrative and the USGS topographic maps have been electronically uploaded.
