Re: Nationwide 18 Permit Request
TFP, LLC
Hickory Ridge Phase 3
Kitty Hawk, Dare County, North Carolina
Mr. Scheller:
Please find enclosed a Pre - Construction Notification form and associated documentation for a property currently
owned by TFP, LLC. This lot is within an existing subdivision known as Hickory Ridge and the proposed fill that
requires this PCN is required for the subdivision of the 14.86 acre parcel into seven (7) separate building lots and
one remaining residual parcel. Please note, the subdivision has been created to minimize fill required to allow for
seven building lots with conventional wastewater systems.
The proposed mitigation plan is a payment to the Great Dismal Swamp Restoration Bank sufficient to offset 0.10
acres of non - riparian Section 404 impacts at a ratio of 2:1 (mitigation to impacts).
Enclosed is the following:
• USGS Vicinity Map
• Nationwide 18 Site Plan
• PCN Application
• Agent Authorization Letter
• Mitigation Bank Acceptance Letter
• Copy of Deed
• Copy of the $240 Processing Fee Check to NCDENR
Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned at 252.261.3300 if you have any questions or requests for
additional information.
Sincerely,
