Please issue the Smith Village application under a NWP 18 as opposed to a NWP 29. Below is a summary of
the impacts.
S1 = 117 linear feet / 0.022 acre / 17.3 cubic yards
S2 = 162 linear feet / 0.012 acre / 7.2 cubic yards
S3 = 30 linear feet temporary / 0.003 acre / 0 cubic yards
S4 = 30 linear feet temporary / 0.003 acre / 0 cubic yards
W1 = 0.018 acre
The developer will be purchasing mitigation credits through NC DMS as described in the application.
