Thank you for taking the time to meet with me on-site yesterday.
I wanted to follow-up regarding the generator pump we observed down-stream of Permit Site 4.
Per the conditions listed in the 401 certification, please see item 5 and 11 (attached).
There are no riparian buffers on-site and the generator was operating outside of the stream bed and bank.
However, due to the proximity of the generator to the stream an alternate upgradient location should be selected
during drilling and dewatering.
The alternate location should be noted in the NPDES records, along with any spills or regularly performed maintenance.
