Please find attached a submittal package for the subject project located along Hankins Street
in the Marion Township in McDowell County. The project generally consists of the extension of
approximately 66 if of 8 D.I.P. (CL350) gravity sewer, 188 if of SDR 35 gravity sewer and related
appurtenances to serve properties located along Hankins Street. The following items are enclosed
for your review:
• One (1) Fast -Track Application form.
• A check in the amount of $480 for the application fee will be delivered to your office.
• Copy of the Flow/Tracking Acceptance Form.
• USGS map locating site.
