Enclosed is a copy of the laboratory results for the effluent samples collected during the
Bioassay Compliance Inspection performed at the subject facility on October 12, 2021 by Ori Tuvia.
The sampling results revealed that the facility passed the Whole effluent toxicity test (see attached
results). Please inform the facility's Operator -in -Responsible Charge (ORC) of our findings by
forwarding a copy of the enclosed report.

The aquatic toxicity test using flow -proportional composite samples of effluent discharged from
the Milian Creek WWTP-Lincoln has been completed. Killian Creek WWTP-Lincoln has a
permitted effluent discharge of 3.35 million gallons per day (MGD) entering Killian Creek (7Q10
of 2.4 CFS)_ Whole effluent samples were collected on October 12 and October 14 try Dri Tuvia
and facility representatiae Raymond Ray for use in a chronic Cerrodophnio drrbia pass -fail toxicity
