for Lagoon #1 at the P-2333 House 9 facility. Due to the amount of treatment volume available,
and the rate of sludge accumulation, the Division feels that an extension is not appropriate for
Lagoon #1 at this facility .

The next sludge survey for Lagoon #1 at P-2333 House 9 should be performed before
