Thank you for the detailed explanation—that was very helpful. I'll add your email to the permit file, so we have record of the company structure (and, therefore,
the ownership) changing. Since Pine Gate hasn't been dissolved, or anything like that, I recommend submitting the NOT with the company name as "Pine Gate
Renewable, LLU since that is technically still the permitted entity, even though the day-to-day operations are now handled by Blue Ridge Power.

I gave you a call earlier, but also wanted to reach out via email as I will be travelling later today and won't be available on my cell. I submitted a NOT request for
COC No. NCC203498 and it was not approved. I understand your reasoning, but I was hoping I could explain the company situation a little bit. Earlier this year,
Pine Gate bought Horne Brothers Construction. With buying this,we took HBC and the EPC part of Pine Gate and combined them to make Blue Ridge Power. So
technically Blue Ridge is now running these jobs, but it is still a part of Pine Gate. I know it gets a little confusing.Jeff Huntley was previously the VP at Pine Gate
and switched over to Blue Ridge when we obtained the new company. Chris Dunbar was also in the same position at Pine Gate and switched over to Blue Ridge.
I guess what I am trying to say is,there isn't anyone from what is currently Pine Gate that should be responsible for signing these documents. We take care of
everything to do with the DEQ permits on the EPC side,which is now Blue Ridge. Can I resubmit with Jeff's company as Pine Gate?That is what his company was
when we submitted these DEQ permits.Just trying to figure out the best way to do this so we can get it approved and close out the permit. We also have 3 more
projects that we will need to close out soon, so I can replicate what we do on this project on those ones.
Sorry for the lengthy email. Hopefully it all makes sense, and we can come to a solution for this.
