Project is at 365 Big Tree Way,Nebo,NC,28761.It is on Lot 13 at
Sunset Point on Lake James.We want to add 80'field stone starting
at east property line and ending just past where a dock will go to
stabilize shore,and add 35'of sand for a beach area along shoreline
and on shore to prevent soil erosion/washing,then add 30'feet field
stone from sand to west property line abutting up against neighbor's
field stone.Approx 30'of shore on the east side is undercut and
would need to be sculpted prior to stabilization.
